the farm to touch
The farm Gfaderhof belongs to our family since the beginning of the 19th century. Today Bernadette and Hubert manage it with the support of grandparents Anna and Franz. Our children Julia and Tobias always play on the farm and help us when it is possible.
Escape everyday life and immerse yourself in the world of a South Tyrolean dairy farm, where people and animals live and work in harmony with nature.

Agriturismo
Children have a wonderful time at our farm. The will find different animals: cows, chicken, cats and also our dog like to get your attention. On the meadow, on our playground and on the trampoline there is a lot of space to play.
Homemade products
We offer you various homemade products on our farm like speck, eggs, marmelades, apple juice, apple vinegar and many other products. Every morning our bakery of trust brings us fresh bread, just let us know, if you would like to have some as well!
Sleep better
Many of our rooms are equipped with pinewood from the woods around our house. This wood favours a healthy and calm sleep and gives you energy for a day in the mountains.

Our dairy products
The milk from our cows is delivered to the cooperative Brimi in Bressanone. Here our milk is elaborated and a delicious Mozzarella and other high quality products are produced. Discover more about our products in this short video!
Sport Eldorado
Hiking, biking, skiing and climbing are just a selection of the many sport activities you can perform here and all of this in front of an unique and spectacular landscape.
Ideal starting point
Bressanone is an ideal starting point for tours to the Dolomites, but also the Plose in Bressanone offers many sports activities in summer and in winter.

Apartment “Plose”
The apartment Plose has a size of about 70 m² and has three double rooms, two bathrooms and a big living kitchen and balcony. The apartment is fully furbished and is available for 4-6 persons.
Enjoy the amazing view on the Plose and the Val d’Isarco!
Apartment “Dolomiti”
The apartment Dolomiti has a size of about 65 m² and has one double rooms and one room with a double bed and a single bed, three bathrooms and a big living kitchen and balcony. The apartment is fully furbished and is available for 4-5 persons. Enjoy the wonderful view on the Dolomites!

All the prices are the total price per night. We also welcome your pets (5-10 € per day).
In addition, we have to charge a tourist tax of 1.55 € per person per day.

Our farm

Our farm, situated in a sunny and calm place in the mountains of Val d’Isarco (5 km from Bressanone, 3 km from Velturno), is the ideal place for your vacations, far away from any noise and a hectic life. You find yourself in a perfect point of departure for hiking trips to the Dolomites. Enjoy the amazing view of the Dolomites and the close contact with nature, you experience here – recharge your batteries and return to your daily life full of joy.
On our farm, you find cows, cats, a dog, chicken and ducks. Every spring and summer young calves, cats and ducks are born and are waiting to be cuddled by you.
Follow our daily work on the farm and learn how we live our life in the mountains of Suedtirol. Every morning and evening, we milk our cows before the milk is taken to the cooperative Brimi in Bressanone where it is elaborated to a delicious Mozzarella. There is always something to do here and if you would like to, you can also help us – especially the hay harvest in summer is a good occasion to do that.
Furthermore, every morning our bakery of trust brings us fresh bread. Just place your order the evening before and you will obtain fresh bread in the morning (Sundays and public holidays excluded).
